Escape Room Charts shows market data and technical indicators for information only. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or trading advice. Crypto prices move fast and you can lose money. Make your own decisions.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Escape Room Charts at escaperoomcharts.com (the "service"), run by Escape Room ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

The service shows price charts, technical indicators, a computed "technical read", support and resistance levels, a watchlist and price alerts for cryptocurrencies listed on Coinbase. It is free during the beta. We may add, change or remove features, and if we ever introduce paid features we will tell you before you are charged anything.

3. Not advice

Charts, indicators, readings such as "bullish" or "bearish", and support and resistance levels are produced automatically from past prices. They are not predictions, recommendations or personal advice, and they don't take your circumstances into account. We are not a broker, exchange or financial adviser, and you can't buy or sell anything on this site.

4. Market data

Prices come from Coinbase's public market data. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and services we rely on can go down. We don't guarantee that any price, chart or indicator is accurate or up to date.

5. Price alerts

Alerts are checked about once a minute and delivered by push notification or email through third-party services. Alerts can arrive late, more than once, or not at all, for example if a delivery service fails, your device is offline, or prices move quickly between checks. Don't rely on alerts for anything time-critical.

6. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Give a real email address you can access, and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That includes trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with or overloading the service, scraping it in bulk, creating accounts in bulk, or using it for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content, including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or missed or late alerts. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
